Consultation Services ($79.99)

Our consultation services provide expert advice and strategic planning for your digital marketing needs.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Full refund if requested within 24 hours of the consultation, provided the consultation has not yet taken place.
  • 50% refund if you are dissatisfied with the consultation and notify us within 48 hours after the consultation session.
  • No refund is available after 48 hours following the consultation.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Free cancellation with full refund if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
  • 50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.

Logo Design ($149.99)

Our logo design service creates professional, memorable, and unique logos that represent your brand identity.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Full refund if requested before the initial concept designs are delivered.
  • 50% refund if you are dissatisfied with all concept designs and notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • No refund once you have approved any concept design for further development or after revisions have begun.
  • No refund after final logo files have been delivered.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied with your logo design. If after multiple revision attempts we cannot meet your expectations, we will consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

Website Development ($199.99)

Our website development service creates custom, responsive, and user-friendly websites that showcase your brand.

Refund Eligibility:

  • 80% refund if requested before any design work or development has begun.
  • 50% refund if requested after initial design concepts are presented but before development begins.
  • 25% refund if requested during the development phase but before the website is launched.
  • No refund after the website has been launched or made live.

Project Cancellation:

If we are unable to complete your website due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., lack of required content from the client for more than 30 days), we reserve the right to cancel the project and provide a partial refund based on the work completed.

Social Media Marketing ($214.99)

Our social media marketing service helps you build a strong presence on social platforms and engage with your audience.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Full refund if requested before we begin developing your social media strategy.
  • 50% refund if requested within 7 days of receiving your social media strategy, provided no content has been published.
  • Prorated refund for unused service period if you are dissatisfied with our services after content publication has begun.
  • No refund for services already rendered or content already published.

Service Cancellation:

You may cancel ongoing social media marketing services with a 14-day written notice. A prorated refund will be issued for any prepaid services that have not been rendered.

SEO Services ($229.99)

Our SEO services help improve your website's visibility in search engines and drive organic traffic.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Full refund if requested before we begin the initial website audit and keyword research.
  • 50% refund if requested within 7 days of receiving your SEO strategy and recommendations, provided no optimization work has been implemented.
  • Prorated refund for unused service period if you are dissatisfied with our services after optimization work has begun.
  • No refund for services already rendered or optimization work already implemented.

Service Expectations:

SEO results typically take time to materialize. We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic increases, as these depend on various factors including competition, industry, and search engine algorithm changes. Refunds will not be issued based solely on dissatisfaction with SEO results if our agreed-upon optimization tasks have been completed.

  3. Explain the reason for your refund request.

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank's policies.

  • Force Majeure: If services cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, severe illness, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
